Mmmm Chicken

Where did the days go when she use to love having her photo taken? The quick to smile moments, all the time I had to take the 'perfect' shot...well they are long behind us. lol It probably does not help matters at all that she is teething right now and not in the best of moves, plus she really had walking mastered now so she'd rather be on the move then sit and look pretty while mom takes a bunch of silly photos. mrgreen

Anywho, this is what I got, a few cute snaps, hopefully enough to scrapbook.

S took some of her at the egg hunt at her place last weekend so I'll have some of those to add to her scrapbook pages as well. biggrin I forgot to bring my camera. rolleyes

Tyrell Museum

It's seems like months ago that we went, but no, it's just me being slow and lazy and not getting the photos processed and published on here. mrgreen I still, to be honest have not finished going through all the ones on my memory card, but I have processed quite a few, the best I could. Again, lighting there is dim, and my best wide angle lens does not have the best aperture for that setting so I just stumbled my way through it and hoped I could "Fix" them later in Photoshop.

Here are a few I have processed -

I did get some of her and Owen, I've obviously not gotten that far yet in going through them.

Days later I had completely forgotten that I was going to try and make a pigtail in N's hair.

Anywho, I went and got one and sure enough, she had just enough hair to make a pigtail. mrgreen Of course it stayed in all of 30 seconds for me to take the photo with O distracting her before she pulled it out.

I hopefully will have some Tyrell photos soon, I'm still processing them, I had no clue I took so many!

Meoooww!

Saturday after we returned home from our visit at the Tyrell Museum, we were all hanging out in the master bedroom relaxing when Natasha found my Cat ears from Halloween. I put them on her and said "Can you meow like a cat Tash?" and then I meowed and O meowed. She's been in this whole mimic stage for about a month now, but she mostly does it when it suits her mood.

Anyway, sure enough, she meowed, so we meowed, and she meowed again. mrgreen Then she saw herself in the full length mirror and meowed for a good 5 mins. It was cute and funny at the same time. She walked around with the cat ears on for a good half hour before she took them off.

I have a ton of photos from our trip to the Museum but I need to process them. The lighting at the Museum is dim, and I was using my 28-105 lens, which is not really the best for inside use, but I needed a good zoom so I could fit the dinos in the frame. So in short, I'm going to be spending some time lightening some up in PS.

Natasha meets Uncle Will for the first time!

Last weekend O's brother and his financee were in Calgary and stopped by to meet N for the first time. They were living in Toronto and decided to detour to Calgary on their way to LA (they are both comedians/writers). T was a bit shy at first but after about an hour she warmed up to both of them and we had a great visit. razz

I'm in shock that I actually look good in this photo! Usually I look like a deer in headlights.
